MonkeyPaw Games Announces Class Of Heroes II To Release On PSN

MonkeyPaw Games, In partnership with GAIJINWORKS,  Today announced that import J-RPG Class of Heroes II will be making its North American debut June 4th on PlayStation Network for $24.99. The newly localized digital release, playable on the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system and PlayStation Vita system via PlayStation Network, will also mark the first time that North American gamers will be able to play the addictive dungeon crawler sequel, boasting significant gameplay tweaks and improvements over the original.

SEGA over the years have given us the ability to replay some of their classic games with HD graphics, online multiplayer and the like. But some how they have forgotten some of the all time classics. I dont want to seem ungrateful and all that, but every gamers taste is different and SEGA could make some serious money out of this fact. Kickstarter: The History of Ocean Software

During that most awesome of times known as the eighties and nineties (AKA the ‘Before Bieber’ times), Ocean Software was a dominant force in development and publishing of, what seemed like at the time, an endless amount of titles spanning a wide variety of home computers and consoles. Mostly-faithful ports of arcade classics and prominent movie license tie-ins were the order of the day, and back then barely a month went by without an Ocean title or two hitting the shelves for fervent young gamers to spend their pocket money on.

Review: Tomba

Monkey Paw finally give us Tomba, or Tombi if you’re reading from PAL regions. An adventure platform game starring a bizarrely dressed pink haired kid, who must hunt down the 7 evil pigs who stole his grandfather’s ring. The game is best played on the Vita but still works and plays well on the PS3. Oh, and for the record the game does support analogue controls.

Having missed this game the first time round, I couldn’t wait to get into it. Dubbed as a successor to Land Stalker I knew I would be in for a treat. I put the game on to my Vita for my first ever play through. Lets see how it fairs…..

Review: Toy Story 2

Toy Story 2:Buzz Lightyear to the rescue is a video game based on the film Toy Story 2. It boasts DVD quality FMV’s and a story running parallel with the film. The game was available on a selection of consoles from the SEGA Dreamcast to N64 to PlayStation 1 to the PC. The game is identical on all versions.
