Bullet Soul Infinite Burst is a vertically scrolling shooting game crossing old-school gameplay with a bullet hell twist.
Pros:
- Crisp old school graphics.
- Launcher has button config and screen type options.
- Full controller support.
- Can rebind keys.
- Vertical shoot em up gameplay.
- Control options-Quick restart and stick response.
- Supports two player local play.
- Video options-Position X+Y, Scale X+Y and smoothing gauge option and portrait.
- Tate mode support.
- Five game modes-Blast mode, Burst mode, Bancho, Normal, Normal Bancho and caravan.
- Training mode for Burst and normal.
- Online leaderboards for each mode.
- Local rankings.
- Four characters to choose from each with different shooting styles.
- Steam achievements.
- Cut scenes.
- Decent soundtrack.
- Big epic boss battles.
- Crazy detailed levels with a 3D feel to it with building collapsing, Ships coming up from the ground.
- Each mode plays differently.
- Very approachable.
- Can cancel bullets.
- Easy for novices to jump in on.
Cons:
- Mouse cursor stays on the screen.
- Cant change background image.
- No help or explanations.
- Can be hard to see whats going on.
- Little to no SFX like gun shots or explosions.
